Lately, I’ve been trying a new technique with my highlighter and I have to say, I’m loving it! On it’s own the highlighter is very subtle and light – which I love – but there are several techniques you can use to make it really pop and even be quite dramatic. Today I’ll be showing one of the more subtle looks, but later on in the series I’ll show how incredible it looks over darker colours.
